To cancel your membership, follow these instructions:
1. Go to centrobill.com and log in using your email address and one other piece of information as prompted.
2. Locate your membership in the list of active subscriptions. If you see "Expires on ..." or "Expired on ..." status text, it means your subscription is already cancelled and you don't need to do anything. Otherwise click "edit" on the right side of the screen.
3. Fill in the cancellation reason and submit the form.
Centrobill may only assist you with inquiries related to your payments processed by Centrobill.
If you are having an issue accessing the service you have purchased, please locate contact email address or contact form on that website, and use that information to contact website administrator.
Be sure to provide as much information as possible for website administrator to identify you as their customer.
